－ 配信ルールと法令順守に関する重要事項 －
1. はじめに
本サービスをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
ライバー全員が安心して活動できるよう、法令遵守（コンプライアンス）と社内ルールの再確認を行います。
本資料は、実際に弊社と締結いただいている契約内容、配信スキームを踏まえた現実的な解説です。
2. 「映像送信型性風俗特殊営業の届出」および弊社運営方針について
【法律上の原則】
• 日本国内でわいせつなライブ配信（アダルト配信・性的サービス等）を営利目的で反復継続する場合、「映像送信型性風俗特殊営業の届出」が必要です。
• ただしこの届出は、個人宅・一般マンション等では現実的に取得困難で、事実上届け出不可能な法律です。
【弊社の対応と方針】
• 無料配信（一般公開アドレスで誰でも視聴可能な配信）では一切のわいせつ行為を禁止します。
• 公開URLで誰でも見られるものは、アート表現を含め“わいせつ性のない健全な内容”のみ許可。
• 有料配信は、「コンテンツ・サービスへのアカウント登録／課金登録した特定のリスナー」だけが視聴できるクローズドな範囲で提供されます。
• ここでも「わいせつ行為は禁止」「芸術的・表現的な内容」に限定しています。
• 弊社はライバー（配信者）と業務委託契約を締結し、明細書による報酬支払いを実施しています。
• 収益は収納代行会社を通じて適正に分配されます。
• 各種契約書（専属契約・業務委託契約等）には「禁止行為」や「運営方針」が明記されています。
3. 実際の運用上のポイントとライバー遵守事項
① 無料配信に関して
• わいせつ行為は禁止
• 一般的な芸術・アート表現、身体美の表現は可能ですが、「性的サービス」「性的部位の露出」「過度な挑発行為」は厳禁
② 有料配信に関して
• サービスの仕様上、「課金リスナーのみ視聴可能」という限定性を担保
• ただし、わいせつ行為は引き続き禁止。公序良俗に反しない範囲での芸術的表現・身体表現のみ許容
• 万が一リスナー側の違法リクエストがあっても応じないこと
③ 契約関係・収益分配
• 業務委託契約・専属契約により、報酬分配や禁止事項、配信ルールを明文化
• 報酬明細書に従い、収納代行会社経由で収益分配
4. 【許容される「芸術的ヌード・身体表現」具体例】
OK例
• アート写真風のヌード、ダンスウェアでのバレエ・ヨガポーズ
• 水着・下着姿での撮影（過度な性的アピールなし）
• コスプレや舞踏、身体美の演出
NG例
• 性器や肛門などの露出
• 性的なサービス・行為（自慰・性交類似行為・リクエストへの応答）
• わいせつ目的と判断される行為全般
5. ルール違反時の対応・リスク
• 万が一、違反が認められた場合はアカウント停止、契約解除等の厳正対応
• 法令順守の観点から、疑問点・不明点は必ず事前に運営に確認

Important Points on Streaming Rules and Legal Compliance –
1. Introduction
Thank you for using our service.
To ensure all streamers can participate safely, we are reviewing legal compliance and internal rules.
This document is based on the actual contract and distribution scheme concluded with our company, and provides a realistic explanation.
2. Notification of “Special Adult Entertainment Business by Video Transmission” and Our Company Policy
[Legal Principles]
• In Japan, “Notification for Special Adult Entertainment Business by Video Transmission” is required if you repeatedly and for profit stream obscene live content (adult content, sexual services, etc.).
• However, in reality, this notification is almost impossible to obtain for private residences or standard apartments.
[Our Company’s Policy]
• Obscene acts are strictly prohibited on free (public) streams that anyone can watch via open URLs.
• Only healthy, non-obscene content including artistic expression is allowed for public viewing.
• Paid streaming is provided in a closed environment, where only registered or paid users (members) can access the content.
• Even in paid streams, obscene acts are prohibited; only artistic and expressive content is allowed.
• All streamers have signed a business consignment agreement and are paid according to statements issued by our company.
• Revenue is properly distributed through our payment agent company.
• All contracts (exclusive agreements, consignment agreements, etc.) clearly define prohibited acts and our operation policy.

3. Practical Points and Streamer Compliance
① About Free Streams
• Obscene acts are strictly prohibited.
• Artistic/creative expression and body beauty are allowed, but “sexual services,” “exposure of sexual parts,” or “overly provocative acts” are strictly forbidden.
② About Paid Streams
• Only registered/paying users can view the content, due to service restrictions.
• However, obscene acts remain prohibited. Only artistic/body expression within the bounds of public morals is permitted.
• Never respond to illegal requests from viewers.
③ Contracts and Revenue Distribution
• Our business consignment and exclusive contracts specify revenue sharing, prohibited acts, and distribution rules.
• Revenue is distributed through the payment agency based on the payment statement.
4. [Permitted “Artistic Nude & Body Expression” Examples]
OK:
• Artistic nude photos, ballet/yoga poses in dancewear
• Swimsuit/lingerie photos (without excessive sexual appeal)
• Cosplay, dance, artistic expression of body beauty
NG:
• Exposure of genitals or anus
• Sexual services or acts (masturbation, simulated intercourse, responding to such requests)
• All acts judged as obscene
5. Response and Risks When Rules Are Violated
• If violations are confirmed, your account will be suspended and contract terminated.
• If you have any doubts or questions regarding compliance, always consult with the management in advance.

- A.コンプライアンス違反の有無は、原則として「ご本人や関係者からの報告・問い合わせ」によってのみ確認されます。現実には個人の自由意志と責任に基づき、法令やガイドラインに違反しない運用が求められます。
運営国（プラットフォーム等）から売上金の支払いが停止された場合は、報酬も発生しない場合があります。
